What is our purpose?
The purpose of this executive leadership program is to:
- Develop and evolve our skills as leaders.
- Share practical advice that can be implemented by our members to directly affect results and create positive change.
- Create an atmosphere of trust, fellowship, and sharing that is conducive to peer learning.
How are we different?
HRG offers a practical form of the CEO roundtable concept for our clients. Each CEO group is no larger than 12 members. Members are carefully selected to generate the right mix of knowledge and business experience to create a learning environment. This is accomplished by including a diverse group of industries that are close enough in size and revenue to be relevant to each other.
Meetings are held monthly and include time for discussion of current issues being faced within each member’s organization as well as presentations on particular topics of interest by our facilitators and outside speakers who are invited to visit the group. Our facilitators have extensive entrepreneurial experience and focus on pragmatic, applicable solutions to business problems rather than theoretical constructs. We also focus on true facilitation rather than hierarchical direction of the group.
